Each item is stamped with the licence details to ensure there are no custom delays upon arrival at a destination that requires an ISPM 15 certificate.

Clients shipping to the EU, USA, Canada or other destinations will almost certainly be asked to ensure the wooden crates or containers are bug stamped, corn stamped or wheat stamped. This sometimes causes a little confusion to new exporters but simply refers to the wheatsheaf IPPC logo that is stamped on the wood of the pallet or crate and is essential when shipping to countries with import restrictions on timber packing materials.
